I lived in Vienna 1 year and I loved the fact people were even more autistic and grumpy than me, made me feel normal. Generally speaking, it is pretty high class compared to Italy, not Vienna but rest of the country is

I've been to both. The Balkans have a more "scamming is ok" attitude that doesn't exist amongst ethnic Austrians. If the land was originally Balkan than whatever but the two people's are vastly different.
