The Israelis used America as an instrument. From an american perspective its a defeat but Israel is enjoying Iran being tied down. They can push further into lebanon with iranian supllies to hezbollah reduced it makes for easier fighting.This war against Iran is all about lebanon, syria and gaza and israels ground offensives there.
