It's about 6 weeks of working from 7am to noon every day. Walking, leaning down, cutting, stacking.It'd be boring but I listen to podcasts or chat with buddies during it. I also use it as a yearly weight loss. I lose about 10lbs every time. And then slowly gain it back over the year.Basically it's being paid to lose weight and chat. It's really not bad.
