Leftist here, here's what will happen:Democrats will fail to impeach Trump or enact any sort of legislation or policy that helps people or undoes the damage Trump has inflicted. Every time they try, one or more Democrats will say that it's "divisive" and what America needs is unity so they will cockblock the effort. If necessary they will leave the party. They have done it in the past with Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema. There will always be more Manchins and Sinemas ready to break ranks so that Democrats can't achieve the parts of their platform that their rich donors don't like.
