Its crazy how much chips have gone up over the last 20 years, they used to be cheap as fuck, one bag is like 1 potatoe
>>
>>542013147
Greedy potato niggers
>>
>>542013147
Right, people should be getting mad about potato chips and stop worrying about beef
>>
>>542013452
I think its more that people shoudl be mad about the population explosion driving the cost of everything up, both chips and beef are cheaper to produce now that they were 20 years ago. The only people that win are the investors.

This is pilpul. If I pay $6-8 for a bag of chips or cup of coffee, I'm paying for the convenience of not having to make it myself. Either compare the price of raw ground beef to a potato and some oil or a bag of coffee grounds, or compare prepared coffee and chips to a prepared burger.

all of these products are exactly equivalent. i love that i can buy a big box of raw beef and leave it in my car, and then whenever i need a quick snack i can just scoop out some raw beef and put it in my mouth.

Rib eye used to be 7.88 for primal cut

Substitute kielbasa for ground beef in anything but burgers, thank me later

I've done that, but you still know you're eating like a poor person. Ground turkey instead of hamburger. Just Trumpenführer things.
>>
>>542012953
>The jews wanted you all starving by now, so being able to buy food at all is kind of a good deal if you really think about it.
>>

Not kosher
>>
Lentils and beans are much healthier than beef and lower in carbs than potatoes
>>
>>542012953
I haven't eaten cow beef in like 10 years. Only bison.
>>
STOP COMPLAINING GOYSHIT
>>
>>542016061
I went years only eating deer meat, which is about the same as bison, and it's the healthiest I've felt
I need to get back to hunting
>>
>>542016379
I like elk a lot more than deer
>>
>>542012953
I get spiced pork bratwurst with cheese for $3 a lb. I'd prefer beef, but I'm not paying more than $5 a lb for it.
>>
I get it at a butcher, they grind it fresh there.

I need to know whats in it, and No lean shit.
>>
>>542014558
I prefer potato sausage myself over keilbasa or polish ring.
>>
>>542015074
That's why pork is cheap. Not kosher and haram. They get this nice almost maple crisp to the fat when it's charred

Beef is not worth it if you're looking for nutrition per dollar. Chicken breast is nearly 1/4 the price.

Beef wins on micronutrients, but I can shoot all the invasive eurasian collared doves in the country for free to get red meat year round
>>
>>542016795
>falling for a low fat diet
You want a high aninal fat diet. Saturated fats that are from animal fats are the best fuel you can run on. Because of breeding over time, good beef is nearly everything you need macro wise minus some starchy veggies and further products derived from the cow itself like cheese and butter. Every silent gen I knew that was 90 plus and not infirm completely ate a high fat and protein diet. You just need to work it off

>>542012953

probably best to test the genetic makeup of the grounds

Yes.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_equivalence
>>
>>542017309
It's a double false equivalence. People balk because beef is genuinely twice the price it was just a few years ago in many places. I've never seen food prices rise this quickly before except maybe 9/11 fallout, the covid scam, and the dot Com burst. Usually something makes some other replacement products cheaper or more viable.

It's shocking how fast people are starting to accept any "new normal". Sure they may bitch online a little bit but that's as far as it goes. No one stops going to mcdonalds, no one demands cattle farmers get more support, no one addresses any of the core issues everything is skyrocketing in price. They just shrug and go a little deeper in debt and kick the can down the road. How much longer until we run out of road?
>>
>>542012953
Yeah it's too much. Everything is when wages have been deteriorating for 50 years while costs skyrocket. I'm fine with pork for half that and chicken for less and just catching beef when it's on sale. I won't pay that for chips or coffee either.
>>
>>542017707
If we vote harder next time surely the situation will improve
>>
>>542016795
>eurasian collared doves
I haven't hunted these, but wood pigeons are really nice.
Slow cooked in a bit of wine.
Christmas food
>>
>>542017707
I avoid fast food generally but when I do get it I'm dealmaxxing to cut into their profits as much as possible. Cattle owners want to raise the prices even higher because they can't afford anything. Neither can we and you're just asking for more demand destruction that's going to hurt you in exactly the same way as you're hurting now. Kicking out the beaners to decrease demand and so prices across the board was the single issue that got Trump elected and he's not doing much in that regard. There's not much to do short of patriotism that will be labeled terrorism and people aren't ready for that.
>>
>>542012953
French price for ground beef is about the same. €13/Kg = $7/lb.
It's gone up a lot in past 5 years tho.
>>
>>542012953
>ONE FUCKING POST BY THIS ID
Sorry not buying any of Trump's imported, emulsified poison slop from (((Argentina))).
>>
>>542012953
I've been eating a lot of bacon because the turdies mostly avoid it and it's the only thing that hasn't skyrocketed in price at the store. Same with whole milk.
>>
>>542016795
idk if you've felt the effects of low zinc/b12 before but I'd prefer higher over lower
>>
>>542012953
Store brand BBQ chips 1.50, and, only an idiot pays 8 bucks for a cup of coffee.
>>
>>542019281
Store brand flavors aren't as good
