FREE GIBS FOR SMARTIESWe should award those who have proven themselves through objective measures of high intellect and/or personal strength with means of allowing them to pursue interests in those directions, rather than waste their potential through menial labor for minimal pay. Conversely, those who fail to comprehend basic instructions must either be euthanized out of mercy or be the slave class kept out of the general breeding pool; those with potential and determination can of course work towards achieving those dreams, but they must want to make it there.3. GOVERNMENT MANDATED GIRLFRIEND(S)To shore up the numbers on the population, the obvious solution is to legalize, encourage, and (if necessary) mandate and celebrate polygamous harems. As in Point 2, objective tests must be made to determine women with high potential for child-rearing, caretaking, house-keeping, and personal mettle. After this, they are to be paired with men who meet the high standards of Point 2, with further compensation for successful breeding. There must be no concern for the inevitable age gap, if we are to bring the number of children up in a shorter amount of time.I'm open to hearing any comments or criticisms of this outline.
