Entirely dependent on the doctors you visit. There is not a single all encompassing national database that has all your prescribed meds unless they are flagged as high potential for abuse or misuse. That is why they will ask you to bring a list of your medications or the medications themselves to confirm to appointments sometimes

she was the one who requested to keep changing her medications, she never took one medication for long enough for it to build up in her system to a therapeutic level, she doctor-shopped, and as a registered nurse she should have known better all along.

>IT WAS DUH MEDICAL INDUSTRY!
I went to the doctor once with back pain cause I lifted something heavy at the factory and fucking pulled my back.
You know what my doctor gave me?
Depression medication, she said it would help with my back and help me sleep.

I took one, just to see what depression meds do, and I know "it takes time to get into your system anon" no, it dont.
I felt like fucking shit the next day, I couldn't think, my heart felt fucking strange and my breathing was shallow, but it was also a weird kinda high feeling. I never took them again.

Another doctor I went to for my back, gave me something, I forget what, but its to treat depression, nerve damage, etc etc etc, its like an all in one pill.

So I said fuck it, I smoked weed for a few days and my back stopped hurting because I just needed the muscles to stop being so tight.

Finally it would be a great moment to talk about the normalised goy poison that is ssris and other brain poison. There is no chemical imbalance in the brain, maybe only 1% of them crazy enough to need medication, like lithium or whatever.

More than 50% of millenial and younger foids are on them. The Pharma goydustry killing people left and right, yet the pajeet niggers are too busy demanding death and excusing the 15 pill cocktail they fried her brain with on the daily.

There’s plenty of countries on earth with arguably much worse mental healthcare than USA yet vastly lower crime, like Japan. The real problem is western liberal women are a vacuous race of subhuman, narcissistic, hedonistic consumer blobs that actively sabotage everything around them and have murderous blood lust towards their own offspring. You’ll notice those other countries especially in the East also don’t have rampant obesity or rampant incidents of dissident blue hair behaviour, hyper individualism, etc.

The liberal feminist pretends their unique condition of being an abomination is actually universal to humans and requires “support” to mitigate, but it’s actually society that is plagued by their disease like behaviour. Suffer not the liberal feminist to live.

This is true. WW2 was clearly a temporary insanity due to the medication his doctor was prescribing him, and we also have to disregard any Nazi documents as evidence for the alleged Holocaust, as they clearly couldn't refuse to document their Fuhrer's meth-induced hallucinations. In any case he was deeply sorry for his actions when he came down from his high and we should stop judging the poor man.

This chart absolutely fucking REEKS of med seeking cunt bullshit, let's break it down

>Sept. 15th, 1st script: Zoloft, low-dose
>Oct 21st, 36 days later: dropped Zoloft, added Ativan, low-dose

she saw Dr Tufts (who a cute btw, picrel), a women's mental health-focused psychiatrist and complained of depression symptoms, then ostensibly took the meds for an entire month. this is the only time this happens in the entire chart, which suggests she is playing ball here. whether she's actually taking the meds or not, she's following the protocol and giving it time. remember that lindsay is a nurse herself by trade, so she understands the system. which means she knows how to game it.

the timing suggests she went through the month and called almost to the day, then set up an appointment, where her doctor switched her over to anti-anxiety meds instead of an SSRI.

>Oct 26th, 5 days later: upped Ativan, added buspirone and hydroxyzine, both low doses

buspirone is another anti-anxiety medication which takes 2-4 weeks to dose up to effective levels, and the hydroxyzine is an antihistamine that is prescribed for short-term anti-anxiety; taken together, Dr Tufts is moving away from SSRIs and depression treatment and treating her for anxiety instead.

>Nov 2nd, 7 days later: reduced ativan

here she called complaining of side effects, and her doctor responded by reducing her already prescribed medication. this suggests her doctor is either leery of overmedicating her or changing medications again so soon.

>Nov 9th, 7 days later, 14 since buspirone prescribed: refilled buspirone

here, lindsay agrees that the buspirone and ativan are working at the prescribed levels. presumably, she was only given two weeks of buspirone to see if it was effective. while i am not a medical professional, lindsay is and she would be familiar with the procedures for stymying a med-seeking patient.

note that this is the last time she'll see Dr Tufts for over five weeks.

>Nov 16th, 7 days later: low-dose Trazodone, first doctor change
i thought this med was for pain, but it's for major depressive disorder. a quick googling of our uniquely named doctor uncovers that he is an emergency medical specialist with a decade of experience. this, in turn, tells us that lindsay went to the ER complaining of something fairly serious--but, curiously enough, not serious enough to warrant an overnight or extended observation. lindsay's medical experience is doing a lot of lifting here. she knows exactly what to say, because complaining of suicidal or homicidal thoughts to an ER doc is a surefire way of getting a ticket to a grippy-sock 3day vaycay. instead, she secured a modest dose of anti-depressants and walked out. presumably, a follow-up was scheduled, because it seems unlikely that an ER doc would let a patient walk out without requiring a follow-up for complaints that would warrant an emergency anti-depressant script.

>Nov 21st, 5 days later: new nurse, prescribed Prozac
This is significant. rather than return to her original doctor after her depressive emergency, lindsay goes to a new medical professional, a very qualified woman who is both a registered nurse and a certified nurse practitioner. my thinking is that this is who she was told to follow-up with after her ER visit, but i can't say for sure.

remember that, despite lindsay riding the looney rails for two months, this is the first time her new nurse has seen her. remember also that HIPAA laws prevent other providers from sharing her information with each other without her prior written consent. thus, the nurse only knows what lindsay elects to tell her.
considering that she's continuing along the line of SSRIs that her original doctor dropped, it's likely she didn't tell her about the medications she'd recently been taking and only spoke of the ER visit.

>Nov 25th, 4 days later (the day after Thanksgiving): dropped Prozac, added Ambien, Mirtazapine (Remeron), and Klonopin, all low dose
the sudden response and sweeping change suggests she called complaining of serious side effects. the ambien is for sleeping, and is fairly common despite having bizarre side effects. what's interesting is that mirtazapine is counter-indicated by both ativan and buspirone, which she is still supposed be taking per her last doctor.

This is also significant. while mirtazapine can be prescribed together with either, the mayo clinic states that it's not preferred for both, which means she either hadn't told her nurse about the previous meds or told her she had stopped taking them. either way, it's pretty unlikely that a nurse would have gone straight for something that didn't play nicely with medications she had already been prescribed. as a nurse herself, lindsay would unequivocally have known the risks involved with failing to tell her providers about medications she was taking. if she failed to do so, that is itself extremely significant.

this will be the last time she visits nurse julie.

>Nov 30th, new nurse, prescribed Seroquel, low dose
our new nurse is a nurse practitioner, which is the lowest rung of licensed nurses. certainly an achievement worth celebrating, but considerably less experienced and educated than the MDs and RN she'd been seeing til now. she will end up seeing lindsay as many times as her original doctor by the end of this list.
seroquel is a fucking antipsychotic medication, but it's used to control major depressive disorder as well. lindsay's hitting the big leagues now, getting the good shit with the really heavy side effects. note that SEROquel has counter-indications for all three medications prescribed by nurse Julie--again, they're not outright barred, but they don't play together nicely. she has either not told nurse Becky about them, or stopped taking them entirely--if she ever was in the first place.

>Dec 6th, 7 days later: Valium, low dose
>Dec 7th, 1 day later: upped Seroquel by two steps (25 -> 50 -> 100)

this suggests lindsay called complaining that the seroquel wasn't giving her relief, so nurse Becky bumped it up quite a bit and added an anti-anxiety med. here we're seeing the first time that lindsay has actually gotten an increase on the same med since Dr Tufts bumped her back down on the ativan (which she's still supposed to be taking--remember, we're only 36 days from the prescription of the reduced ativan). finally, lindsay's found the doc she's been shopping for. someone who will up her meds! isn't that what every woman wants most in her life?

>Dec 9th, 2 days later: more Valium, same dose
i'll admit that i'm not entirely certain why so many scripts for the same medication at the same dose are getting filled. whether she's getting very short term scripts for it, or whether she was shit-testing nurse Becky by saying she accidentally dumped her script in the toilet to see if she'd refill it.

what is especially interesting is that Valium is counter-indicated against every single medication that lindsay is supposed to be taking except the Prozac (which was dropped)--again, not to the fullest degree, but when literally every medication she's supposed to be taking has a potential problem with it, why on earth is nurse Becky prescribing it without changing any of the other meds? of course, nurse Becky only knows lindsay to be taking the seroquel, so one potential counterindication isn't a big deal.

for those keeping track, by this point, she is supposed to be taking ativan (0.5mg), buspirone (5mg), ambien (5mg), mirtazapine (7.5mg), klonopin (0.5mg), seroquel (100mg). nobody would be prescribing medication that interacted poorly with six different medications. she wasn't telling them, or she wasn't taking them. either way, cunt is lying.

But we're not even close to done!

>Dec 13th, 4 days later: reduced valium
she called complaining of side effects and was cut down. even the plucky neophyte nurse Becky is starting to question the wisdom of prescribing this bitch more meds. considering medical education is run by big pharma, that's going against everything she's learned.

>Dec 16th, 3 days later, 38 days since she'd gotten a script from Dr Tufts: prescribed Lamictal, Ativan and buspirone dropped
Lamictal is a mood stabilizer for bipolar disorder, and apparently only shows effectiveness against depression in the severely depressed. i am unaware of lindsay's diagnoses at that point, though she's been untreated for bipolar up until this point.

Lamictal has relatively few counter-indications in general, but none of the medications lindsay is supposed to be taking are on the list provided by the mayo clinic. whether she has told her doctor about all her new meds is anybody's guess. i suspect this is also the point when she was scheduled to see Dr Goodheart, because lindsay seemed to be displaying symptoms that were outside of Dr Tufts' area of expertise, but that's a guess based on the sudden change in medication direction and the fact that she follows Dr Goodheart's medication path later on.

>Dec 19th, 3 days later, 6 days since seeing nurse Becky: refilled Valium, bumped Seroquel up with extended release (ER)
three days prior, this bitch saw her original doctor and got a new medication. nurse Becky decides to try the all-day psycho bitch pills. this one might be legitimate, as it's possible that lindsay called Becky to let her know that she was getting a new med and wanted to change what she was taking...then again, she hadn't told the nurse shit about all the meds she was getting up to that point, so why would she start now?

and why would a mother with a new child take an extra appointment a week from Christmas instead of just telling Dr Tufts about the meds Becky gave her?
>>

49 KB JPG
>Dec 21st, 2 days later: returned to seroquel 100mg
>Dec 22nd, 1 day later: reduced seroquel again to 25mg low dose

the all-day psycho bitch pills were apparently too much for her to handle, so she called complaining of side effects to get the script reduced, which nurse Becky did.

i will take this time to note, anons, that literally none of any of this requires her to actually have been taking any of the medication. side effects are publicly available information, and it isn't like any of these doctors are calling her up out of the blue and changing her scripts on her just because. she's the one driving all the med changes by complaining of problems or lack of progress.
further, she's not being referred by her first doctor to the RN, and neither of the nurses are prescribing medications that interact poorly with half a dozen different medications she's told them she's taking. there are too many medications out there for them to try before going for ones that don't work well together. we already know she wasn't telling them; i bring it up solely to drive the point home. the cunt was lying.

>Jan 5th, 14 days later: new doctor, new old meds: Trazodone, low dose and Ativan, one up from the lowest dose

Dr Goodheart is a psychiatrist with decades of experience. i was wrong about her being referred, apparently the cunt went by ambulance to Dr Goodheart's hospital and stayed for five days. i haven't followed the trial, i just know psycho bitches like the back of my hand. anyway, the doctor testified she didn't show any features of psychosis, and she gave her the same low-dose anti-depressant that she got from her first ER visit and a slight bump in her ativan. she also testified to a plan to reduce the medications she was taking.

>Jan 9th, 4 days later: new Valium script, above current script
So why, at this point, did lindsay not tell her doctor about the fact that she'd already been on 5mg valium and it had to be reduced? Christmas, New Years, and a trip to the booby hatch can make a person forgetful, but it seems curious in light of later facts.

>Jan 12, 3 days later: upped Trazodone bigly
she still has the big sad, but she's being a good girl and getting meds through her original doctor.

>Jan 13th, 1 day later: more Valium from nurse Becky
>Jan 16th, 3 days later, 7 days since 5mg Valium Script from Dr Tufts: reduced Valium to 2mg, dropped Trazodone and added Amitriptyline
so, why the fuck isn't she telling either of these doctors that she's having back to back visits and getting drugs? at this point, she's a fucking addict. anyway, amitriptyline is another sad bitch pill, but it has a lot of fucking side effects so they don't use it unless the normal shit isn't working. 10mg is a literal child's dose. It wouldn't have been possible to give her less.

>Jan 19th, 3 days later, 6 days since seeing nurse: refilled Valium, same level
>Jan 23rd, 4 days later, 7 days since seeing doctor: refilled Valium, same level

all those mothers' little helpers and nobody seems to mind. and poor little lindsay, only a nurse herself, surely is eating all of these pills dutifully, because she knows that following doctors' instructions is vital for good health.

tl;dr: this nigga eatin beans
