Why do boomers insist on telling us to meal prep and eat a single piece of chicken and carrots. its 2026 not 1910.

All the technological advancements for the past 116 years have been on surveillance and enslaving the goyim. None of that trickles down to the price of meals. If the economy couldn't afford to feed your ancestors anything better than that back then, it still can't feed you more than that today, despite the lies of consumerism they shove down your throat.

Meal prepping good. Small portions unnecessary though. But yes, food is expensive. You can spend less by buying in bulk and making multiple meals at once.

Meal-Prepping isn't about enjoyment; its about cost-saving you fucking retard.

That being said; if you're eating for ENJOYMENT you're likely BROWN and also a FAT NIGGER. Its okay to enjoy food; but if you NEED to "enjoy" your food to eat it; you're always be fat.

Sometimes food IS about sustenance.

OP doesn't know how to cook and is too lazy to learn so he blames the government. You could have bought the ingredients for both of those meals and had money left over if you get off the computer for an hour and a half anon. INB4 learn to green text
>>
>>542026111
depends, since I usually get a hot meal at my workplace's cafeteria I often just eat belegtes Brot or Brötchen for dinner, that's why we call it Abendbrot after all. If I'm in the mood I may cook something, and sometimes that cooking has leftovers for the next 2-3 days, but calling that mealprep is the zillenial meme.
