If you ever get into legal trouble and don’t have near 100% certainty a jury will let you off, a plea deal is probably your best bet. That is, unless the plea deal is so unreasonable your life will be over regardless.
So realistically, what needs to happen so we get see that foid executed? New trial with an all-male jury?

They'll keep on retrying the case as long as it takes, unless the prosecution decides to drop charges or there's a plea deal.
