I bought a second apartment 5 years ago that a family member was supposed to live in but they bailed so I'm renting it out now. I really dont care about raising the price a few extra dollars, as long as they are clean and don't chimp out and destroy the place I'm happy. My current tenant has been there 4.5 years now and the places is immaculate. I charge about 30% less than what the average rent prices are. (apartment is completely paid off, no mortgage so i'm not cucked)

On the one hand I'm in rental accommodation, but on the other I'm a landlord for another property in another part of the country. My rental income from my first property covers the rent for the one I'm living in now.
