It sucks. The only good thing is there are high paying tech jobs but it’s overcrowded rent is too expensive.

This is like the actual Silicon Valley. It’s where most of the tech companies are. People generally don’t know that. Only the really famous ones and their VCs are in San Francisco. San Jose is a boring dump though. Tech people are unbearable.

I live/work in AZ and thought about supercommuting. I thought I'd find really high paying jobs, but it seems to be pretty similar to here. IDK how anyone affords to live there when I see most job listings being like $20-25/hr.

People who are too poor to afford a $2.5 million modest starter home in Palo Alto live in San Jose.Housing is expensive because of desegregation. My birthright is to live in a nation of my own people, but that has been stolen and rented back to me. I pay $2500 a month to rent a room in a nice area and it's still mostly asians.

Nothing goes on here. It's just the biggest suburb in the country. Yes the weather is extremely nice. This entire year was pretty much 80 to low 90 degrees. Barely any 100 degree days.
