You look around and see what works for people and what doesn't work and you do the things that you're confident will in might work, you'll fail here and there but if you stick to the thesis eventually it works and you have a win that changes your entire life. If you're not willing to do whatever it takes to get out of poverty then your life isn't as bad as you think it is and you're not really serious. Most of the time the quick way to get out of poverty is to get a loan and do something like go to trucker school and become a trucker or join the military, even truckers and officers in the 3rd world make decent money.Anyways in my case I did the smarter thing slower thing and worked up to a senior IT position after job hopping a dozen times having started my warehouse career just being a normal warehouse worker to picker to help desk and so on until I became one of the main support guys for a large logistics company. I used to live off rotating 0apr credit cards for years, today I literally have something like 50 that I don't use anymore but that strategy doesn't work if you're stupid and destroyed your credit and are bad with money which is why my first suggestion was to sell drugs instead
