I am African, it makes me feel bad, population growth is a large reason Africa is so poor, cities have to be expanded for the rapid population growth faster than quality buildings can be built which is why there are so many ghettoes/shantytowns. Those can be built in weeks for entire neighbourhoods. It also killed traditional ways of life more than colonialism did, massive rangelands are shrinking for farms and ugly cities. Some people in the West believe population numbers are faked in Africa but i dont believe it, you see thousands of children per day, I've been to UK and not even dozens a day in London.
