To be fair, the problem with that case is that the prosecution couldn't find an expert-chud who properly disagreed that the chud who killed his kid was having a psychosis moment. The defense had 3 psychiatrists saying he was psycho and the prosecution had one psychiatrist saying "uhhh he was having... ruminations... not delusions, so uh.. that's different I think" (same confidence in the delivery during trial).
