They do the same thing from 5am to 10pm, every single day. I'm talking insane level of detail and its all in sequence. From the time they wake up, to what they do in the kitchen, what time they go the the local corner shop, what time they go into town, what days and times they vacuum. What time the bins are put onto the street, how long after being emptied the bins come inside. I know humans are creatures of habit but thats fucking insane, they're literally a cog, an ant. They do the exact same routine daily and will until they die in the near future.
