Israel, Gaza and the West Bank should eventually unite into s single state, which would have neither a Jewish, nor a Muslim identity - equality for all citizens, religious and secular. Of course, this cannot happen overnight and Israel will have to be the one to put the most effort into this project - start gradually normalizing the idea that Palestinians are not some kind of demons, but human beings who have their own grievances and concerns, invest billions into Gaza and the West Bank so that people did not have to turn to extremism just to get food and water. And, of course, and this is the hardest step, - Israel will have to give up on its Jewish identity and stop presenting itself as a Jewish state. Uniting into a single entity would solve practically all problems between Israeli and Palestinians - the question of borders will become redundant, most refugees would be naturally absorbed into Israel, the issue of ownership over religious sites will be as good as solved etc. In order to survive as a country Israel needs to stop being nationalistic.
