You definitely weren't alive for those times talking like this. Do you really think there's nobody over the age of 30 on this board? There was a small contingent of capable intelligent people doing complex tasks but the overwhelming majority are retards just like today. They're the people who had to retake the asvab multiple times to get a score high enough to qualify for enlistment at all.
