Meaningless test in most western countries, as scores are brought down significantly by the invading hordes. This is why countries that are completely irrelevant in real like like Estonia and Finland score so high, they're near 100% White. I know from experience and getting my kids ready for it, there are many districts in the US that cover material and test above Singapore in every metric. If I cover just the standard Singapore math curriculum they'll be behind by almost a year.
