>>542249458I was also able to avoid that site for the same reasons as you.Glad I never had to make an account. That site is basically every negative HR stereotype in one place.
>>542249458its basically illegal to do anything profitable on your own because of all the red tape, so jobs are closely guarded resources given to family and friends

>>542249458Yeah I don't like my job but I've been looking for a year and can't find a new job. Want to join a trade but wouldn't be able to support myself let alone my family for years
I think its funny that productive jobs that actually run the economy like delivery men, retail workers, trades etc are all in good supply but pay slave wages. On the flip side the bullshit teams meeting and emailing jobs that need a degree and pay well are in short supply.
>>542249458>meanwhile people who actually need a job increasingly say they cant fucking find one
>>542249458>is america quietly deleting the white collar middle classTypical out of touch gen-xer. Youre pathetic.
>>542249458Dude just lie most of them are lying anyway. They could buy a plastic paper shelf thing which sits on the desk and they'll call themselves the leading officer of business efficiency

>what exactly are 100 million people supposed to do for moneyIf you're being optimistic, UBI or forcing the three or four day work week so companies need to hire more people for coverage. If you're being pessimistic, nothing and they'll let people starve and die, or just forcibly enlist them.I think the answer will be somewhere in between.
>>542249458Have we ever had unemployment statistics that were connected to any reality any normal person would care about? The bottom line is 47% of Americans have a job.
>>542251157>forcing the three or four day work weekOh no! How terrible!
>>542251269where are you getting that number?
>>542249458I made $500 last weekend changing motor mounts and some sensors on a Jeep. It's more per hour than I make as a database administrator. I will probably just quit.
