On top of all of this I’ll throw in millennials are the shittiest parents of all time. They treat their children like spoiled pets and expect the school system to pick up all of the slack. All the slack as in people send their kids to kindergarten without potty training these days. This isn’t just le browns, whitey and wealthy Asians are guilty too. I have multiple loved ones in teaching in different grades in “nicer” school districts and private schools. Some kid threw a desk at a relative and the parents asked her “why did you make him do that?”. Completely mute first graders whose parents get mad the teacher can’t get them to talk. It’s grim and I hope everyone channels their anger at the right people (not the kids). Also no child left behind but I’m sure we all know that.
