She told police he allegedly “began to get angry with her for not performing sexual acts with him,” court documents said.>She said Slayton then allegedly pulled out a firearm and pointed it at her head. She also recalled him reportedly biting her throughout the encounter. While she wasn’t sure exactly how long it lasted, she was confident the incident lasted at least a couple of hours.>The officer noted in court documents that the victim displayed several bite marks throughout her body. These included three alleged bites on her upper left arm, one on her right elbow, two on her upper right arm, one on her left hip, one on each of her breasts, one on the left side of her throat, and one on her right cheek.

She said he then took out a handgun and pointed it at her head and her private parts while stating that he was going to kill her or rape her, court documents said.>He then allegedly forced her to commit a sex act on him. The victim said the handgun was placed on the nightstand next to the bed, which made her continue to feel scared and threatened.>She told police that Slayton then began biting her throughout her body after she told him she would not have sex with him. During this, she said he continued to point the handgun at her while making statements about raping or killing her.>She said he would not allow her to leave and continued to threaten her, while telling her he would make “it so she had to leave his place crawling.” Every time she would try to leave the room, she said Slayton would forcefully grab her and throw her on the bed.>She recalled that Slayton had also allegedly threatened to use a blade to remove her birth control out of her arm “to get her pregnant.”

While speaking with police, the woman said she was receiving messages from an unknown number that she believed was Slayton. The messages included an apology for biting her and a promise not to do it again, court documents said. She said she had blocked his number, but he was messaging her from a different number.>When asked for his version of what happened that evening, Slayton said they arrived at his place around midnight and began watching TV together. He denied forcing her to commit any sexual acts on him, telling detectives that she consented to everything. He claimed the pair argued before she left because he “was playing around.” He said he asked her to let him know when she reached home safely.>When he did not hear from her and realized his number had been blocked, he admitted he did blow up her phone using his TextNow app number. He initially denied ever placing handcuffs on her before he admitted to doing so a few minutes later, court documents revealed.>He also denied using any firearms during the incident. When questioned about his role in leaving bite marks on the victim’s body, he reportedly told them, “It is just something that I do. I didn’t hurt her; that’s just what I do.”>Despite the suspect telling police that he never left his residence after the victim left, Flock cameras revealed that Slayton had left his home.
