NVIDIA's training is extremely expensive and only adds marginal gains to advanced models, because by this point they've ingested almost all available human knowledge. The bigger improvements come from the companies themselves, who build software stacks on top of the base model to enhance the inference process itself. But in the end it's still the same inference coming from the same knowledge base. It won't become AGI regardless of how much they laterally expand
