We have all heard theories and ideas that maybe the “1%” want to replace most people with robots or something to that effect. But do you think if that theory was true, with the way most people act and behave that perhaps they’re onto something? I’m not saying I agree with it but it’s interesting to think some people at that level could maybe view things that way. Could we potentially just be a lost cause like some science fiction movies suggest? it’s 2026 afterall and we still seem to not be making much progress in how we act or treat eachother. Society seems like a perpetual shitshow. not sure what it will be like in the future. I don’t have any real opinion on it but I think it’s an interesting topic to hear peoples opinions on here.
It's hard to see from a human timescale standpoint but society is getting safer over time on average.

except we all know that a minority of the people cause a majority of the problems. and in your scenario where we all get replaced guess who is left, the people that caused the problems. our biggest failing as a species is not dealing with these people.

Billions years of evolution don't suddenly disappear just because you got a tiny bit of consciousness in you.
