Tobacco is good for testosterone production. Mint however is the opposite. I've been an every day user of weed for years but I've had to quit recently because I'm trying to get my wife pregnant. Quitting weed is the easiest of the three by far. I just quit cold turkey and it kind of sucked for about 3 days but after that I mostly forgot about it.
