In any jobs report, healthcare and government make up most of the "job" gains. That is exactly equivalent to a tax on the remaining productive economy growing. Especially since almost all the job gain in healthcare is admin/billing. If we simply stopped having the fedgov pay any bills for type 2 beetus treatment it would basically solve the federal deficit issue. That one change alone. But America is a corrupt shithole and what will happen is the youth will elect DSA over the next few cycles who will literally destroy what remains of the country, their actual stated goal btw.
