The dog is not guilty by reason of mental instability. It's well known that shitbulls are mentally unstable and can snap and maul and kill at any instant.Clearly this shitbull must be institutionalized at taxpayer expense until the shelter workers declare him to be mentally competent again. Owners have no problem making other people put up with their pets bullshit.I've repeatedly seen dog owners bring their barely trained dogs into coffee shops, and the dogs are barely restrained, wagging their tails and getting hair all over.Just on my block, there's at least three dog owners who leave their dogs out all night and the dogs almost constantly bark.One of my relatives staying with us has a little yap-yap dog, and thinks it's perfectly acceptable to let it bark a 3-5am when he takes it out back so it can take a leak.I love animals. I've worked/volunteered at a couple different animal rescue places, and usually make friends with some of the wildlife in most of the places I've lived. But I fucking hate how entitled a significant percentage of dog owners behave. It's not the dogs' fault, but too many owners suck.
