I know /pol/ disagrees but is just more humane to separate the insane people from themselves criminals who acted of sound mind. Clancy wasnt evil. This guy isnt evil. They dont have a sound mind to be evil, they are just people who are severely mentally ill who just snapped.

Theoretically, if you could somehow predict someone's whole life after they've murdered someone and they never commit another crime ever again, they should be set free. However, since we can't do that, we just have to kill them or put them in a prison where they are separated from the rest of society.
