America has changed so much from when I grew up here that I barely recognize it anymore. It's depressing to wake up everyday and see the great future this country once had slip away. I contemplate leaving the US for good but I don't know where to even go. I just wake up to try and push through living another day in a place I feel like I don't belong in anymore. I don't want to imagine how much worse it will be in another decade or two. Why put up with it? Better to see what else might be out there in the world.
