When you have a robot, you don't need a jeet to wipe your ass for you.
Bidets already clean it well, just need to dry the ass too.
Washing? We have car wash machines, surely a human wash machine is possible
Cleaning? Roomba. A drone could dust your furniture for you too.
That leaves cooking and garbage. If you're that far gone that you can't take out your own trash, a robot wouldn't help. That said anthropomorphic robots are being made and if they're subtle enough they can take out the trash.
Cooking can also be automated or robotified. Ready-made meals in an oven-safe container, put them in the oven yourself. And if you're THAT far gone, a robot can chuck it in the oven for you.
