It's not teachers, it's women, in a healthy society where the man is in control, he marries young women (increasing birthrates, etc), in a sick society however, aka matriarchal society, it's the opposite, males are shamed or publicly attacked for going after young women, while women think it's ok to do the same, it's about dominance and who gets to call the shots, and women doing whatever not caring about the consequences. Notice that men with young women is all positive to the society, from birth rates to better control and mold the girl into your family etc while the opposite (old women with young guys) is only about lust, sex, and some deprived sexual fantasies they read in some jewish book. These women know well she won't even get prison time maybe some community service, and the society won't see her as muuuuh pedo or get a suicide with two shots in the head.
In the nineties, when I was ten or eleven, I had an uncomfortable experience with a female teacher. I can't say it really effected me much, I just felt embarrassed. She was hideous though.What's strange was how, when I told my mother, she awkwardly laughed and said something like >don't be ridiculous, darling. Mrs [name] wouldn't do that But she did. And that's the worst aspect, not having your own mum take it seriously.

Female school teachers are never under the same kind of scrutiny as male teachers. As male teachers, we are told never ever to be alone in a room with a student. There must always be multiple people in the room and being alone in a room with a student immediately leads to an inquiry. I knew a male teacher who was reported and brought in for questioning because he took a disabled kid down the elevator. Even brushing past a student can elicit accusations. It is a minefield. Female teachers by contrast often get close to the students emotionally and it is seen as normal. Even physically hugging them sometimes. Insane. Essentially they is just no scrutiny for female teachers and the way they interact with students so it goes unnoticed for a long time.
