Indians finally did it, they won. They have actually managed to transcend shame to the point where they no longer operate within human standards of decency, so those norms cannot be used against them. It is futile. Remember those jokes about becoming ungovernable? Well, they have taken a leaf from that book and managed to become unshamable. You can take just about any other ethnicity and reprehend them for their flows and vices, - they will get angry, but will also try to come up with some kind of justification of why they are like this because deep down they actually do believe the things they are being accused of are morally wrong. They are acting within the same framework of human decency, just falling behind others. Indians have surpassed that - they have somehow managed to completely depart the moral spectrum, leaving all the limitations that come with it behind. No matter what you accuse them of, it will have zero effect on them, since they are not navigating within the norms the rest of the world accepts and instead have their own. Akin to conversing with a foreigner in a language he does not speak - you cannot disagree on things if you do not even understand each other. A deeply disturbing and yet fascinating way of winning the game by refusing to play it. I am truly speechless.
