Totally impressionistic, but at least around me the highly educated and wealthy professionals (I mean 200-300k per annum and more) have two or three children. I don't doubt that these days education and income negatively correlate with fertility but I suspect that among the high percentiles the trend sort of reverses.

The reason people stopped having kids is because of the global warming education kids recieve. We were raised to believe the world was overpopulated and it was selfish to have kids. Remember ten years ago when "Save the Earth. Dont give birth" was a hit meme. Nobody told us their plan was to replace us with Africans once the population drops.
