He's right. Black people commit so much grand theft/drug related crime that it will be completely unenforceable. It will be the equivalent of the 3 total times in history they tried a CP honeypot and had 50,000 people on a list within an hour and it resulted in nothing more than an unenforceable meme and 3 cherry picked arrests used to fear monger the rest of the population. I have no idea what the true purpose of flock cameras are, but it's likely financially motivated with white people bearing whatever the cost.
He's not wrong. The judges that keep letting violent criminals off aren't going to be convinced not to do that by flock cameras.
