One of my friends has just been diagnosed with it after a colonoscopy. He did not take the vax. Apparently the illness is incurable, so I need /pol/'s prognosis.

its hard, they'll have to figure out what foods (fodmap) they can have, they need to be evaluated for chewing and eating habits also, also it could be they have sensitive nerves on the intestines/stomach, not something that can be "cured", try peppermint pills (sometimes called ibs pills, just make sure its menthol in the ingredients) and take it before eating. Start with chewing food 20-30 times per mouthful/bite.

I'd kill myself ngl. If taking a shit would be painful I'd eat the most diarrhea inducing food possible, I'd keep milk slightly off and develop a routine where I have some milk in a perpetual state of 2 days out of date like some kind of strange production line so my body couldn't digest it properly and it would induce bad diarrhea, and I'd only drink just enough as to not induce vomiting. I'd be eating fruit and drinking sour milk for 90% of my diet. Or drinking oil, or something. Fuck doing a dry takeaway turd with that. Imagine your shits are painful, I'd rope, even, or maybe get infested with intestinal worms so their waste and bodies could act as a barrier or something. We have the technology

Don't have it that bad but very frequent upset stomach, it's generally the norm for me, runs in the family. Interesting thing, my father had it bad his whole youth, thin and fit, just couldn't shake it. They put him on lipitor for high blood pressure a few years back, problem solved, like a light switch. Fat and oil seems to impact it greatly, tell him to watch the fats! And another weird one, was at the hospital for a few days with my wife, ate all the food they brought her, can't remember the last time I shit so good. Food was bland as hell but it was worth it. If hes got the cash go nothing but grass fed steak for a few weeks with fiber, see it it clears up.

It's manageable, just don't eat trigger foods. Everyone has different triggers, you just have to figure out yours with an elimination diet. You strip it way back to barely anything then start introducing foods again. Whenever you have a problem, you've discovered what your personal triggers are.

The triggers are typically wheat and dairy, there's a million replacements for that now that barely affect your life. It means you can't have stuff like McDonalds any longer, but that's a good thing for your long-term health.

Internal inflammation is the cause of nearly every disease. Inflammation simply is your immune system pissed about something and forcing body to react. I recommend your friend take NSAIDs for a short time to trick the body into lowering inflammation and immediately nuke the body's digestive system to reset. No sugars, no red meat, no processed food. If hunger pains hit from following diet eat vegetables, low FODMAP only, jewgle it. Only eat bone broth and probiotics and stay well hydrated for 1 week, water only. The minimum amount of water to drink is body weight in freedom units divided by 2 in ounces. Convert to whatever system you use. Can add lean meat like chicken towards the end of week 1. 2nd week start SLOWLY adding fiber. Psyllium husk are good to control it, increasing amount each day. Doesn't taste great but just throw it in 8oz of water and down it before a meal to wash taste out.
Do not stay on the NSAIDs for long, I wouldn't take them more than 2 weeks straight and if he does it that long do not take anymore for a few weeks. He has to force his body to reset. Wake up at sunrise. Go outside within 5 minutes of waking up. Correct sleep schedule. No electronics more than an hour after sunset. Be active, if you sit for 30 minutes get up and move. Going out for walks if he is a sedimentary fag.
He can choose not to do this but just be advised that doctors lie so that you become a lifelong patient. He could actually apply himself for a few weeks to see if that changes anything or he could go to a doctor for years just to be told sorry goy you have to take pills for life. A simple 2 week shot at extremely basic things will help to kick start his body to work properly and can cure ibs in some individuals.
If this works then he just need to add food slowly to the diet. Add something new like fruits and do not add anything new for 2 weeks. If ibs flares up then remove food and if it goes away that could be the trigger.

I don't really remember it vividly, vut my mother refused to make me a cripple at school age and basically started to look into alternative medicine. I went to spiritual healers, and all sorts of weirdo types, until one guy hooked me up with herbal and mushroom extracts which tasted like death. I also ate a full blown macrobiotic diet and loads of iron supps.
At one point it just stopped and I'm apparently fine now.
My last attack was when my dog died, 10 years ago.
>>
>>542382846
>macrobiotic diet

>>
>>542381829
that's not what ibs is. It means your stomach is in severe pain. not simply discomfort, talking about youre holding your stomach because it feels like its gonna rupture. Not in your mind either, your intestines and stomach are lined with crazy amounts of nerve cells, these deliver the real, kick to the gut, feels, i can only relate from what my wife goes through.
>>
>>542383146
it might have been placebo, I don't know.
My gastroenterologist called it a miracle and did not believe us at first.
But apparently it CAN go into remission, I've been stable and on a normal diet essentially my whole adult life. For me, Colitis popped up at age 7 and I battled it until my late teen years. Ever since then nothing -- 2 attacks overall. One time when a longtime gf cucked me, the other time as I said, when my dog died. I also know a girl with Crohn's who is stable now.
Godspeed man.

>Clean up your diet eating less processed foods
>Cut out soft drinks, alcohol, high sugar juices
>Cook meals yourself
>Eat healthy whole foods like fish, chicken, beef, eggs, COOKED vegetables (raw vegetables are harder on your body to break down), and fruit
>Possibly add probiotic foods to your diet to help out the good bacteria while clearing out the bad bacteria that cause trouble in your gut (research microbiome if curious)
>Drink enough water
>Make sure you get enough salt in your diet (yes your body needs salt to function properly)
>Cut out inflammatory fats like seed oils but if you want to use non-animal oils then use olive oil or coconut oil
>VERY IMPORTANT STEP: Add butter or ghee to your diet, butter/ghee has butyric acid which has a healing effect on your gut but especially your colon

There you go your friends inflammatory bowel disease is cured despite quack doctors saying there is no cure. Some people even recommend a parasite cleanse because obviously that can irritate your gut but that's up to you if you want to do that.

I had UC for like 24 years. I did every medication from asacol Lialda budesonide and stuff like Entyvio, then inflixmab etc. I even did something called ACAP that works well but you have to clean all your blood.

Was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2017. It was really bad and I couldn't be 10 minutes from a toilet, or the shit bomb could strike at any moment. And I mean a literal blast when I would sit down

Anyway, I quit drinking and this "chronic" condition vanished entirely. As in, got better in a few weeks when mezavant/asacol did nothing for the year or so I took it. The doctor lied to my face (shocking, I know) and said food/drinking does nothing to exacerbate synptoms. I've been in the clear for about 6 years now, with zero flare ups.

First of all, autoimmune issues are “incurable,” but like 10% of people cure them, and most probably don’t even try, so it’s actually decently curable — but your friend will have to make major lifestyle changes to his diet… the first thing to try, which works for some, is cutting out gluten if he lives in america specifically since our gluten is totally fucked. Most food here is actually poison unfortunately. Might want to try an elimination diet, basically do carnivore, animal products with no dairy. Can add in raw dairy after a couple weeks (will want to add carbs back in after that so testosterone doesn’t tank and make him feel worse… raw dairy and organic fruit). Will probably also want to find a functional medicine practitioner or someone who can order tests like GI Map, and can use Function Health for all other blood biomarkers. That stuff will cost like a grand, but just do it to find out if there’s an obvious fix there, but also don’t put all your stock in that stuff. IBS type stuff is going to be a gut issue though. He should probably start taking a high quality colostrum on an empty stomach for at least a few months. Do that, fix his diet, and get regular sunlight, or supplement coimbra protocol levels of vitamin d for a few months, like 30,000iu/day.

Absofuckinglutely do not let psychotic surgeons take out his colon. Literally no one has ever said they are glad they did that. It in no way improves the situation ever. It’s actually just evil. Don’t do that. Ever.

He likely has leaky gut as the root cause. He can fix it.

Thanks for the kind words man, and sorry you're still in the thick of it. It's been some time, but it truly is a terrible condition and I remember it like it was yesterday. Couldn't go camping, couldn't go out with anyone without being in a constant state of fear of it striking, the dread of knowing it might be permanent. You also probably suffer alone if you're like me and didn't tell anyone out of embarrassment. It's rough and I sincerely wish you good health. Anyway, my mental health was actually 10x better back then. It was pre covid so I didn't have a totally destroyed hope of the future. I also somehow managed to have a gf during all that, kek. I'd tuck her in then sprint downstairs to blast the shit nuke. I traded mental for physical health.

Raw milk kefir changed my life. I wrecked myself with years of alcoholism and even after a year of sobriety I was in bad shape. I had never heard of it before but my wife works in a place with a raw milk share and takes the stuff that no one picks up. Mostly milk but sometimes cream and one time, kefir. I knew from the first cup I had that I was feeling a type of relief I had nearly given up on. After that I started making my own. It gave me my sense of well being back, if any of you have been sick you will know how invaluable that is. It is incredible stuff and everyone should be drinking it even in times of good health.

Take 1 tsp turpentine. Do it again in a week. Next day activated charcoal pills. This will get you shitting your brains out. Proceed to fast for at least 3 days. A wet fast, drink plenty of water but nothing else. After the fast eat a bunch of fermented foods to repopulate your gut flora. Fast one day per week going forward and you should be good.

Studied naturopathy 20+ years.. inflammation very curable. Dr Robert Morse (morses.tv) he’ll explain very simply (search bar at top right of his website). Food sits in bowels.. acidic(meats, diary, grains) food causes inflammatory response to tissues. Change diet from acidic to alkaline.. would recommend juicing, he’ll be cured in 2 weeks. Check out Dan McDonald (Liferegenerator), John rose, Fullyrawkristina for guidance. Fruits berries melons & herbs, raw living foods all the colors of the rainbow cures every disease. .Good luck to you

Colon cleanse. Fresh raw juicing at home (beet tops, green apples, kale, etc). No more processed foods, period. Lots of water, sunshine, breathing, low stress. Doctor Schulz formula #2 program. Old processed food gets stuck on the intestinal walls and causes diverticulitis, inflammation, creates the environment for disease. It can all be healed with diet changes and a colon cleanse. You have to match the intensity of surgery. Homeopathic treatment fails when it's not applied strongly.

The mechanics are identical. In a raw state, milk, meat, and eggs are far more nutritious & digestible while also being far less toxic. Fermenting the food predigests it, which makes it even easier for your body to use.

Your immune system is dysfunctional from all the vaccines you've taken throughout your life so it attacks your gut.

Auto-immune diseases were incredibly rare before vaccines came around, now practically everyone has one.

Create a problem, sell the solution.
>>
>>542381518
Inflammation is generally caused by an immune reaction, which is what IBD is. I had IBD until I was eventually diagnosed with Celiac (gluten intolerance which isn't actually a gluten intolerance so much as an intolerance to glyphosate which is used prior to harvest on wheat for some retarded reason). Your friend needs to start an exclusion diet and figure out what he is eating that he's allergic to. Start with the main ones like, wheat, dairy, and nuts and go from there. It could also be environmental as well. Somehow he's ingesting some kind of chemical or protein and his body is hitting the flush button.
>>
>>542385484
One more thing. The body is very powerful. It will continually try to heal itself no matter what. His job is to aid it. People have completely turned around death sentence diagnoses. It happens all the time.
>>
>>542385896
>Auto-immune diseases were incredibly rare before vaccines

Stop eating crap fried in seed oils. I heard that pin worm therapy might help relieve the symptoms like it does for Crohns

Ooof. I was at university with a very smart guy that had it. He was all skin and bone. He disappeared for a year and when he returned he looked a lot healthier, was a normal weight and had had some of his bowel removed.

I don't doubt it. Its kind of like how if you get one lung ripped out in an accident, you can still live on, with just one lung.

Did had have it before the diagnosis or did the diagnosis magically make it appear? I'm only half joking btw.

It's basically a fucked up allergy.
They need to find what triggers it and then he needs to avoid that forever.

This is good stuff. I never had Uc/crohns but my guts were fucked for years and I was diagnosed with ibs. Found a wellness doc that did exactly as described here. Ended up getting strict with my diet (no gluten dairy and various other foods I showed sensitivities to) and took a bunch of supplements geared to gut health. Totally normal now - one healthy poop/day almost everyday. The (((gi specialist))) I went to just said you have ibs and prescribed my some diarrhea meds.
