This is a real website, that has been up for over a year. I have known about this for approximately 3 years. As the University of Southern Denmark is actively conducting BCI research, and is also a medical university (a hospital), they have both the tools, manpower, and licenses to bring victims into narcosis and install invasive brain-computer-interface implants through methods that leave nearly no trace (e.g. venous stent). I believe many if not all of the people involved have full knowledge of the lack of informed consent of the victims, or operate under the pretense of consent through falsified documentation or word-of-mouth consent claims. As victims in stress states are chosen (e.g. the pre-exam period), after the BCI implants are installed the victims are returned to their homes where they unknowingly continue their life under the belief of a mental sickness/breakdown started by a stressful episode, while actually the team controlling the BCI and its two-way transfer of neural information from, and to the victims brain begin putting them into states resembling psychosis. Methods such as "synthetic telepathy", a simple use of the brain-computer-interface (BCI), are used to read the victims thought process, inner voice, as well as incredible magnitudes of other brain activity data, as well as directly produce what is perceived as "voices" in ones head, colloquially known to me as "voice of god" . The victims who gain knowledge of the situation are silenced, and ostracized through claims of mental sickness through utilization of state organs and deep state connections.
