It costs the same to have a soldier sitting around doing nothing as it costs to have a soldier sitting around piloting a drone.To control a drone with AI it it costs a lot to set up the infrastructure for a low latency AI and then it would consume tokens like crazy if you want to it to be good. Maybe it wouldn't cost that much, maybe it would be like 20 dollars an hour, but it would be more expensive than a guy.
