Obviously it's not 10, as he's dead and his organization is pretty much gone but if we look at the results 25 years later:>attack never replicated bigger than Pearl Harbor, biggest casualty event for Americans and will forever be remembered>twin towers never rebuilt, a definite signal that they never managed to recover>lured America in decades of war in the Middle East, achieving zero goals except an even worse image - killing many Americans in the process and ultimate embarrassing retreat from Afghanistan>whilst America was running on a war economy for 20+ years, China thrived industrially and caught up if not surpassed industrial capabilities possibly dethroning USA in the future>with all the war mongering imported millions of Islamic immigrants into USA and Europe, pretty much defeating the native birthrate>led Iraq and a big part of the Middle East into a few years of "caliphate" prosperity (yes all was lost eventually)Probably missing a few but I wouldn't say he completely lost.
