If you look at social media, you'll see many posts from leftists mocking Charlie Kirk's death. They mock him by posting edited images and videos of him being shot and will say things like "kirkaversary." When people see this, they assume it's because leftists have a personal grudge against him. They talk about him as if he was this vitriolic person who preached hatred wherever he went, but we all know that wasn't the case. Deep down, leftists know that too. They know that Charlie was a very moderate person and had no extreme views. He was always cordial with people he disagreed with and treated everyone with respect.So it begs the question, why do leftists, who have always tried to take the moral high ground on social and political issues, mock a dead man so relentlessly? The answer is simple. It's not about morals, and it's not about Charlie Kirk himself. It's about the fact that the left has lost power in the US. First they lost an election when Trump won in 2024. Then they lost government mandated wokeness (DEI, LGBT, critical race theory, etc) in workplaces and schools when Trump banned it. Their protests against ICE were shut down and ICE are still rounding people up and deporting them as we speak. So basically, their mockery of Charlie Kirk has nothing to do with him or his beliefs. They simply mock him because they are powerless, and trying to get a reaction out of chuds is the only thing they have left. tl;dr mockery of Charlie Kirk nothing more than leftists coping with the fact that they no longer have power in the US.
