Then held a press conference saying “we killed the mastermind Haji X and we have confirmed the Taliban was unaware of the 9/11 attacks.” Then store the international good will to lightly bomb problematic spots around the globe for the next few years with no boots on the ground. Had $8T not been spent on TGWoT, every adult American could be given a check for $29,700 today.
