As far as the real plane vs. drone vs. CGI debate I am undecided, but one thing is clear, the "pancake theory" of the top 15 floors/30 floors of two 110 floor structures sinking downwards through the lower 95/80 floors beneath them at free fall speeds and causing those lower floors to explode into a giant dust cloud is a theory that makes zero sense from a basic physical perspective, about as much sense as if you had a wooden column, made a slice through it 3/4 of the way up, and the top 1/4 sank through the bottom 3/4 causing it to explode.
