>>542429521This. My state was a 95% white high trust society in the 80s. A lot of the malls had transit hubs for the bus system in their parking lots. In the 90s feral ghetto nogs started moving in from other cities that they had destroyed and started using the malls as hangouts because they could get to them easily. The malls with transit hubs went into rapid decline. There's some that didn't have the hubs that are still in good shape.
