How come this Dr Gross expert fidgets when someone in his 9/11 presentation asked about molten steel? I mean, something down there had to get pretty fucking hot to turn the massive central structure into butter or it would have been left sticking up above the ground. Weird

Steel doesn't even need to be molten to lose strength. Heat it to 1200° F and rebar gets pliable enough to bend with one hand.
>>
>>542434731
Then i would assume steel would bend down away from the heat sources before it would melt into a puddle

steel melts 2,500F. Hottest part of candle flame (faint blue part) is 2500+F. This jetfuel thing is retarded. Candle wax can do that bro.

too complicated. noone bends spoons back and forth and feels them heat up in school. Having said that. israel knew it was going to happen, and likely directed the attack....and we still send them money because they are blackmailing and killing our leaders.
>>
>>542439136
an influence of 20 would off course be enough to make it all collapse. can it get 1400 hot is the qeustion. you need a hochofen for this but the building itself acted as the hochofen.

still all the dust.

You can melt steel with a wood fire. How do you think we make steel? Oxygen determines burn temperature, not fuel.
>>

99.9% of americans are clueless, they used satellites to reflect sun and heat up the towers until they melt and collapse. Elon is creating massive fires in Europe this summer with his satellites simply because he hates white people and wants to genocide them.

Who is NIST? The National Institute of Standards and Technology? Zoomers may not know this.
Is it an independent institute of experts obligated to truth?
Nope. They are an agency subject to directives of the federal government of the United States, in 2001 the Bush-Cheney administration.
If being ordered to lie to the public "for reasons of national security" or for whatever other pretext, they would be obligated to do so.
They refused to declassify the data that they allegedly used to simulate the first few seconds of the collapse of WTC7 and what they claimed was "scientific proof" for office fires to have caused it. Secret science! You just got to believe it.
>>
>>542439677
yeah it can get to 1500F according to google. It would only need to get to 50% since the "Factor of Safety" (how much stronger the part is than the expected load) is often less than 2. And thats assuming zero structural damage from the impacts.
>>542439677
They spray water or tent much smaller buildings to reduce dust. Dust is normal when things collapse.
>>
>>542440046
it could only get so hot right in the middle of the building because it was build so weird. there was 10 stories or so nothing open air inside the building. this acts as blast furnace. this is why it got so hot.

wont happen in a stone building.
>>
There should have been piles of steel beams visible in ground zero after the buildings fell but it was 90% dust. The dust cloud wasn't even hot, the people inside it weren't burnt. There also should have been broken glass everywhere, but there wasn't.

The building was unique in the world, in that it was supported exclusively by the massive steel support structure in the middle, and the steel skirt around the perimeter.
If the buildings were to collapse, it would be a structural failure in the steel core supports.
You have to understand that this steel core is so fucking strong, it's almost inconceivable it would just fall right into its own footprint. Even if the floors were pancaking or whatever, the steel core remains standing.
It seems the steel core would have to be splintered up and fractured all along the path of the collapse, for it to fall into its own footprint. Thermite was used.

>>542440257
Don't disagree that blast furnace-like effects could raise the temp dramatically. Just saying you don't even need to go that far. Factor of Safety of 2, and 900F means it falls. FoS 2 and a few bad rivets, maybe thats down to 850F. Now add mild structural damage, temp goes lower. The whole "jet fuel doesn't melt steel beams" thing is retarded. Its also retarded how they handled the PR afterwards and I don't blame anyone for believing in alternative theories. 9 times out of ten if you blame the US gov, you are going to be at least partially correct. The Empire will do absolutely anything to perpetuate itself.

The way the 9/11 debate goes.

It's like there's a man with a knife, standing over a broken and cut up body. We investigate the cause of death. Some people claim it was homocide. Some people claim he just fell down the stairs. Then there's a ferocious argument about whether falling down the stairs could cause such injuries. Some smug fucks claim, yeah it's totally possible, just because it's never happened like that before doesn't mean it's impossible.

But this entire debate is ignoring, the man standing over the body with a knife. Why aren't we examining that?

People don't want to look into Silverstein, Ronald Lauder, Bernard Kerik, the anthrax attacks, the zionist lobby, the history of the WTC and why it was slated for demolition.....etc. Motive, means, opportunity are all there, nobody is even talking about that.

It's such an ironclad case it was a controlled demolition, Occams razor falls on that side. Even if you managed to prove it could have collapsed by fire, you don't have Occam's razor supporting you, the best default hypothesis in evidence of the facts, is for a controlled demolition.

have pole supporting chickenwire cage (in middle) with a heavy weight on top that's almost heavy enough to break the pole. Cut pole. Surprised that the heavy weight crushes everything rather than toppling. Just think about it for even a moment. You don't need thermite or anything else to say it wasn't like they said it was.

>At least some heavy metals and metalloids (such as aluminum, chromium, antimony, molybdenum, and barium) are readily leached from the dusts into rain or wash water
Molybdenum trioxide is the most potent high temperature thermite out there btw.

The 911 fires started in September and the basement didnt cool until fucking christmas. There was no oxygen intakes in the basement, thermite has its own oxygen when it burns and so the fire department spraying water on it would not stop the reaction. The footprint of molten steel wouldve blocked it off but for sake of argument let's add oxygen to the mix. The towers were filled with asbestos and advanced galvanic corrosion. They were a terrible investment and therefore were under public ownership. Nobody wanted to buy them. In fact there had been serious talks to demolish them for the cost of billions.

Bush gets elected, and immediately Ronald Lauder recommends the buildings go private. Silverstein buys them, and takes possession of them 1 month before the attacks. He immediately starts a major renovation project on the elevator shafts. You know, the plant the thermite charges?
He contracts with various shady businesses, including Israeli front-companies in NYC.

The police chief, Bernard Kerik, who helped cover up the truck bombs, was bribed by the Israeli billionaire Eitan Wertheimer. He is probably the guy who procured the thermite charges, since his company works in metal cutting.

Terrible analogy. The top of the building hit the ground in ten seconds. This is freefall speed. It touched nothing on the way down. The top of the building collapsing the rest of the building would take way longer than ten seconds, but probably isn't even possible. That's how strong the unmelted steel beams were, which is all the beams below the plane impact point

Trump was thick as thieves with all these guys, Silverstein, Kushner, Lutnick, Giuliani. There's absolutely no way he wasn't clued in about the attacks. His building got to become the tallest in Manhattan after that.

During his presidency, he's been rewarding all these guys.
He pardoned Kerik. He did the Greenland thing for Ronald Lauder and put his relative in line to be Fed chair. He gave Michael Glassner a big position on the campaign.
So go down the list, all these conspirators have been rewarded through the Trump administration. People also pointed out how the Epstein files right before and after 9/11 were mysteriously not released. There's a huge gap in the files during those years.

So Trump is party to this.
When he made those statements he was probably thinking, people are gonna figure this shit out, so if he gets in front of it he'll look like a visionary.

have paper towel roll with a weight on top, tap and deform tube, sudden collapse in freefall.
All the structural elements have designed boundary conditions. I-Beams buckle when you twist them. They are stronger in certain directions than others. But more to the point. It absolutely does not matter the exact mechanism of collapse. Like not even a little bit. Everything you really want to communicate with that can be said more convincingly by just saying "it fell for these meta-reasons by these trans-national interests for these motivations". If the bullet was a FMJ or a hollowpoint doesn't matter in the JFK assassination.

a1 jetfuel (kerosene), in perfect conditions, only burns at around 1000f in a wide open air environment, you could burn picrel at 1100f for eternity and not do shit... but then the towers fell dangerously close to freefall speed, into their own footprint, the path of MOST resistance, twice, and BOTH of their collapses created seismic readings on par with a 13 story building that fell a few years later, 2.1 & 2.3 because (among other reasons) ~90% of the concrete turned to powder and human bones and body parts were found jettisoned out onto the roofs of buildings 1000s of feet away for years afterwards

Kek are you retards still using this argument? Yea sure, jet fuel alone won't melt structural steel but when you use it to ignite a building that turns into a giant furnace it's a completely different story. Especially with giant holes and broken windows in the sides of the structure pulling in massive amounts of oxygen. Not to mention the explosions from the backdrafts.

1000F means you lose ~80% of strength. Concrete is good in compression and terrible in tension. It powders when you pull it apart (hence rebar).
All structures are designed to be as weak as possible (parts staying in the "linear elastic range") while remaining standing.

2400-2800 Fahrenheit.

Jet-fuel ignition and early pool fires: 800–1,500 °F (427–815 °C). Hydrocarbon fires from jet fuel burn very hot initially but are fuel-limited and often reach temperatures in this range in open-air or semi-enclosed conditions.

Fully developed office fires: 1,100–2,200 °F (593–1,204 °C) locally.

Structural-steel exposure required for significant weakening: sustained temperatures above ~1,100 °F (593 °C) will reduce steel yield strength substantially; at ~1,300–1,400 °F (704–760 °C) steel can lose roughly half its yield strength. Structural analyses of the towers used these metallurgical thresholds to model collapse initiation.
Localized higher-temperature spots: oxy‑fuel‑like or post-collapse smoldering pockets can exceed 2,000 °F (1,093 °C) in small areas (e.g., where insulation or plastics concentrated), but such temperatures were not uniform across large structural elements.

NIST technical reports (2005, 2008, 2011) modeled temps using jet-fuel ignition and office-fuel burning behavior and correlated temperatures with observed structural damage and collapse timing. NIST estimated compartment temperatures sufficient to weaken floor trusses and core columns—temperatures consistent with the ranges above. Examinations of recovered steel showed oxidation, scaling, and in some samples thermal damage and deformation consistent with exposure to elevated temps. No evidence required steel to melt (melt point ~2,500 F for structural steel); damage is consistent with weaken-by-heating, not melting.
Photographic and video records show large, sustained black smoke and flaming rooms indicating ventilation‑limited, hydrocarbon-fueled fires that typically produce the temp ranges cited.
Fire dynamics and structural models reproduced collapse initiation when truss and column temps reached levels that reduced capacity below applied loads consistent with temperatures above ~1,100 F in affected structural members.

>>542443516
What's the matter schizo? The "explosions" that were heard before the collapse were the result of glass breaking and oxygen rushing in as upper levels buckled and collapsed. This is what we call a backdrop which is an explosion where smoke (unburnt fuel) rapidly combusts causing an explosion.
>>
>>542443749
The point of all this analysis is to prove it's *conceivable* for it to collapse naturally from fire. Then to lean on Occam's Razor and say "see no conspiracy here".

But I think the facts surrounding 9/11 are so damning, that Occam's Razor falls on the other side. In other words, if the matter is in doubt, it would make more sense it was a controlled demolition rather than the reverse. That is the simplest explanation that comports with all known facts.
The case for a controlled demolition is so strong. it makes the doubters look like wild conspiracy theorists themselves, tearing their hair out to defend a weak narrative.
>>
They also found lots of thermite residue, little bits of iron in perfect spheres, which basically can only be made under very specific lab conditions or as a byproduct of a very large thermite reaction.

And then just a few months after Bush is elected and installs them into power, there's suddenly a major terrorist attack that gives them the blank check they wanted for all their wars? Quite a coincidence huh?
Hmmm makes you think.

Strange how these towers transferred to private hands just 1 month before the attacks, the first time in 35 years they had gone private.
Oh and, the person who bought them was a mega-zionist, and the person who suggested they go private was an ultra-mega zionist who would subsequently lead the World Jewish Congress.

Coincidences start to look like a murder plot.

Oh and, wow what a coincidence! Right before the attacks the elevator shafts were under renovation by shady 3rd party companies that Silverstein contracted with, including some companies the Dancing Israelis had in their rollodex as close contacts. Wow so many coincidences.

You know when you see someone die, and then you have like 50 clues pointing to a murder. Does it then make sense to argue that the wounds on the body are consistent with natural causes? Because that's what you're doing.

Did you know the military ran near duplicate exercises in the summer of 2001, Amalgam Virgo 1 and 2?
>Ran from June 1-2, 2001 this military wargame exercise included involvement from such agencies as FEMA, the FAA, and the FBI and had a strong Osama Bin Laden theme (and he is even depicted on the cover of the exercise document). In the drill Raytheon MQM-107 Streaker (unmanned) drone aircraft are used as weapons after terrorists acquire weapons such as cruise missiles and/or drones aircraft and strike a variety of targets (including skyscrapers) over a period of several hours using multiple coordinated and varied attacks on different targets along the East Coast of the United States.

The concept was hatched by the Netanyahu faction of pissraeli intelligence, along with Project for a New American Century in 1997. They piggybacked off an organic mid-90s al-qaeda plot to fly a plane into 3 Mile Island (supposedly nixed by Osama himself, because he feared the scale of
potential blowback). Funding was provided by the Carlyle Group, who had offices in one of the towers and whose jewish CEO missed work on 9/11/01. Towers were destroyed by flying planes into them (remotely controlled, tech developed and proven by Boeing+CIA years before the attacks) while simultaneously detonating thermite charges planted on the vertical steel structural members in both towers. Charges were planted by a group of pissraeli operatives posing as "art students", under the group name of "Gelatin". Use of thermite is indicated by the 45 degree cuts in steel columns - visible in Ground Zero photos - and from the reports of first responders finding liquid metal among the rubble in the days following the attacks.
In the two weeks after 9/11, all the debris was put on barges and shipped to China to be melted down (destroying forensic evidence of the thermite). More than $100M USD worth of gold had been stored in the tower basement vaults; this gold was never recovered. The flight 93 hijacking went sideways; it was shot down by a USAF Dassault private jet equipped with missiles.

Watch the video of Bush getting the news; his reaction doesn't make sense, until construed as "holy shit we actually went through with it".

fuck israel. fuck the people who created the world we live in today.

Years ago I needed to burn a bunch of random lumber that was useless to me and taking up too much space, the leftovers after making cuts that accumulated for years. I wanted it all gone. I started a fire and ran an old steel car exhaust pipe to the bottom middle of the fire, the fire was only the size of a small campfire but the exhaust had a hairdryer feeding it a supply of air (on cold) so it would burn very intensly.
The fire burned for six hours. At the end of it when things cooled enough I pulled that exhaust pipe out and the end of the pipe was melted, it had turned to liquid and melted.

So anyone telling you that "jet fire can't melt steel beams" is coming at it from the wrong angle. This was a massive fire very high up where the wind blows hard. If my little campfire and hair dryer made liquid steel then the fires on 9/11 could have too.

The real conspiracy in my opinion is the entire thing was known about and probably even abetted as a false flag event to bring the US into the middle east. Israel and the US knew about it.

We know they had foreknowledge of Building 7 collapsing. The British news broadcasted the collapse, with the reporter standing in front of the still-standing building. Then they hastily cut off the feed when they realized it. In other words, they knew the collapse was coming and about when it would happen.

While the top of the building could have collapsed by fire, the internal steel core underneath that is so fucking strong and solid, it's hard to fathom it would all just, buckle. At near freefall speed. I'm not talking about the sections pancaking, I'm talking about the actual steel core of the building, which was immensely strong. Donald Trump gave an interview after and said he strongly doubted the story. The building was literally build to withstand a plane hitting it, it was designed against that.

The fact that the entire spine of the building just, buckled all of a sudden. It feels like it was weakened, like there was thermite charges eating through the steel and making it extremely weak and prone to splinter into small sections.

Listen retard, nothing in an office building is going to burn hotter than kerosene. Oxygen just ensures a combustion reaction takes place. Wood doesn’t burn as hot as kerosene. Nothing in an office would burn as hot as kerosene. And there was a finite amount of kerosene to be burned. Also structural steel is covered in fire resistant insulation based on building codes. Usually they’re rated for 2 hours of burning before it would even reach the steel.

Let’s say that it did cause the strength to decrease enough to initiate a collapse. Only 4 floors were impacted by the jet. Why did the rest of the steel frame structure collapse? Why did it collapse at free fall speed? Every floor on the way down would have provided resistance.

Oxygen can increase the rate of combustion, however KEROSENE and OFFICE EQUIPMENT do not release the same heat when combusting you dumb faggot. The entire premise of kerosene burning hot enough to melt the steel relies on a volume of kerosene being present that simply wasn’t there. Most of it went up in the initial explosion on impact. Oxygen will keep a fire going, it won’t make office equipment release the same heat as kerosene. Learn basic fucking chemistry.

>>
>>542447769
Yeah that's the thermite charges going off. That happened like 7 minutes before the building pancaked. They had activated the charges at that point. They eat through the steel, probably not very quickly but in the span of like 10 minutes. This just makes the steel increasingly brittle and prone to snapping, all along its length, until it all just buckles and cascades down.

The onus is on you kike shills to PROVE that a jet of mostly pure oxygen was FLYing up those shafts to provide the catalyst to burn that hot for the beams to melt. In addition, the finite amount of fuel that had burned off in a short time frame in ADDITION to the jet of nearly pure oxygen was enough to penetrate the asbestos cladding of the steel beams in less than 2 hours. You can't.

asbestos was only used on the lower levels. They stopped using the asbestos halfway through construction.
However, because the building was loaded up with asbestos, and had other corrosion issues, nobody wanted to buy it. There were discussions to demolish the towers for a cost of several billion dollars, which nobody wanted to pay. That's why those towers became a magnet for false-flag terror arracks.

You do realize that “steel” isn’t a uniform descriptor, right? Was it carbon steel, 316L stainless, 316 stainless? Of course you don’t know, because you’re a genuine retard. Do you know structural steel is required to be covered in fire resistant insulation rated for up to two hours or more of burn time? Did you know that NFPA fire codes dictate sprinkler systems be installed in office buildings? Your little gay experiment only proved a point to your retarded self because you have zero fucking clue about structural engineering.
A finite amount of kerosene hit the building, most of which burned off in the initial explosion. An office fire broke out, being suppressed by a sprinkler system ensued. The structural steel of the building was protected by fire rated insulation. None of this was taken into account by your completely unrelated, gay, at home “experiment”.
No wonder they call us fucking goyim. People like you exist.

It was a carbon steel exhaust. I'd know because I had to do a lot of welding on that exhaust. This was a longish section of it I removed. Makes almost NO fucking difference because the melting temperature between different steels is only going to vary by a few hundred degrees at best. Fire proofing was btfo'd on impact and was never intended to stop a fire like that anyway even without it being compromised the way it was. Jet fuel only needed to start the fire and it did a good job at it. High altitude supplied the massive fire massive amounts of oxygen.
>muh sprinkler system

Two hour fire rated foam insulation, standard across structural steel is tested at up to 2000F. A sprinkler system, despite your retarded hand waving, further combats the office fire (wood burning, desks burning, furniture and carpets burning). And a plane impact doesn’t just magically remove all the fire protection from a building. Once again you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about.
As further proof, there have been multiple documented cases of buildings burning for days without collapse. You can find these examples yourself with a quick google search. You burning a random piece of carbon steel proves literally nothing.
And yes, a sprinkler system is an industry standard for fire suppression for a reason you dumb faggot lmao

I'm not assailing your welding (and good welding isn't trivial to do).

I'm saying your efforts at leaping from your anecdotal experience to any serious explanation of the complete disintegration of WTC1, WTC2, and WTC7 - those three steel-framed buildings didn't just bend or fall down, they DISINTEGRATED - is at best well-intentioned buffoonery.
>>
>>542449591
I have aggregated a lot of information about 9/11 and one of them is that the fires were definitely capable of melting steel. People don't understand fire nor do they seem to understand the size of these fires, they were enormous. I start cringing at the confidently ignorant folks talking about the burning temperature of jet fuel not being enough to melt steel on it's own, it's right up there with, "There were no planes at all they were missiles."
I can get behind the possibility the buildings were assisted in coming down.
>>

But the buildings didn't melt, twist, bend, and fall over.

They completely disintegrated in mid-air.

There's nothing about what you say that accounts for that. So arguing about a hypothesis that even if 100% possible does not and cannot explain the evidence is logically fallacious and thus pointless.

Suggesting hypotheses is fine. Continuing with them after they've been rejected (in this case because they don't explain the majority of what happened) is not.
