You HAVE to remember the good YOU do - because they will not.5. They rely on chokepoints - outcomes they have control over, not you. Such as having a job. When you do your own thing they will try to interfere. 6. They will mock you for inaction all while preparing another trap you'll fall victim to if you run in blindly.7. They especially enjoy double binds - blaming you for views and ideas they give you to begin with. Solution is Keep Your Mind in Hell and despair not. Though I think they're just assholes, not demons.
