>>542459903This is not how polyurethane sprays work at all. It has nothing to do with heat. Most of these coatings are rated to hundreds of degrees because they are used for industrial roofing applications where you can’t feasibly remove the existing roof. There was moisture underneath and the primer didn’t cure correctly, or they sprayed to early. Maybe a little bit of unreacted methylenediphenol diisocyanate. Also how is the fucking coating contractor not reading the SDS before you spray 20,000 SQ of coating on probably the highest profile project in the nation?
