Media health experts keep telling us that blue light exposure is harmful and must be minimised.
They seem to care a lot about getting us to avoid it. Why?
The circadian rhythm argument is a good enough reason for normies. What's the real reason?

Blue light is good for staying alert

The blue light that's in devices and monitors ... and LED lights, isn't really good for you.
At this point there's a lot of research that you can lean on.

The capitalists can only push "its profitable so we'd make it" angle only so far, then when a lot of people start having health issues it's the stuff that real (not bought by capitalists or jeets) scientists start to research.

This is not only an eyes problem, also light is absorbed through skin.

Blue light expels red light parasites, that's why they're shilling against it.
>>
Alternatively Red Light is actual light from the sun, and actually heals people.

Wrong. Red, as in communist.
>>
You're really onto something here anon. Seems like the only way we can be sure is to test the blue light theory. I'm gonna need you to spam yourself with Blue light all the fucking time for the next two weeks, I'm talking right before bed, while driving, and especially all throughout the night. When you activate your super special powers that Israel is preventing you from getting, just report back and then we'll know what to do

The sky is blue and your ancestors worshipped the sky by staring at it. Hating the color blue is a jewish trick.

Blue light activates the wakeup routine in daytime animals. This is known science. Turn off blue lights at night to avoid fucking your sleep schedule.

Numale/basedcuck faces plus jewish influencers (Huberman) telling us red light is good.
Now I'm suspicious.

Blue light puts you in alpha state , gambling machines in vegas were the first to implement it so it could suck up players into a cashnado spiral

Jews want us to feel sleepy and fall asleep so they can harvest our blood and kill our children.

I don't need experts to tell me that blue light isn't good at night. It fucking hurts my eyes if I turn off the night light filter on my monitor if it's even slightly dark. Then during the sunny day the blue light looks good. Simple as.

It's a nothing burger. The amount of blue light required to disrupt sleep in clinical settings is greater than what a phone screen can output.

It's not "blue light".
It's the specifically limited wavelengths in the blue light spectrum that LEDs emit.
It's not so bad with monitors or TVs because they have a wide gamut.
The far larger issue is brightness. People use daytime levels of brightness at night like colossal retards.
I configured my monitor to be night-happy and if it's too dim I can close a curtain or raise the brightness to compensate.
Most people however set and forget.

NIR specifically.
The best part is that the healthy bit of sunlight can penetrate through clothing, so you don't need to go anywhere barechested or shortsleeved.
You can wear a full suit and hat in July and get every health benefit that sunlight provides while being protected from UV.
