Stock market.
That's all I've got. I need to 4x. And I simultaneously need inflation to freeze. And I need all costs to remain flat for 40 more years, and for college costs for my kids to go down. And I'll be able to live a modest middle class life leaving something for my kids to inherit.

stock market pays about 3%/year in dividends, then you don't need to sell the stock, which will grow with inflation (might be a lag)
Inflation happens when the debt increases the money supply, and that happens when normies vote for free money e.g. Trump+Biden Covid bucks, Doge bucks, Vote for me $5k bucks.
Normies are dumb fucks and always going to vote for money.
anyway, for 3% to be, e.g. $100k/year you need $3.3 Million in stocks.
Good luck with that.
>>
>>542473982

I currently am torn between trying and being a penny pinching kike or giving up and becoming an obese neet like some of the posters in this thread.
I lived the neet life for 6 years but got bored and got a job. Exceled in it and 2.5x my initial salary in 3 years. But I did suffer from some lifestyle creep. Went from a $300 month apartment in 2022 to $1100 month now. Food is the same but lost gibs. Healthcare at this company is cheap but I also don't have health issues so it is $20/month with 3.5k maximum out of pocket for the year but like I said I don't have any health issues. All excess money after utilities, rent, food, $200ish for fun go to investments.
I maxed my company 401k match, maxed roth ira yearly contribution and now am increasing my 401k to get to yearly maximum contribution on a 71k salary. So half my income is going to investments that I cannot touch until I am old. But I also plan to marry my gf soon and start a family. So if I do pull the trigger on that I am locking myself in until retirement. I will have a comfortable retirement even if social security is gone.
I won't be able to escape being a wageslave on this path but my kids at least will have an inheritance which is more than the debt I had to take on to settle my parent's estate after they died. So I can pass on an escape or at least less of a burden of wageslavery to my children by giving them money and teaching them how not to be a retard. That is my sole ray of light in this world and if they all turn out to be shitheads I will just take an early penalty withdraw on all of my investments and die after I have spent it all.
>>
>>542474230
I don't intend to live solely off dividends. I'm hoping I reach the point where I can do a 4% disbursement too.
I'm in the grind phase where I just get as much money into the market as possible.
This last few years, I've seen 15% to 25% returns for about 5y straight.
I think it's pushed the average annual return to about 10%. Which one can live off of if they've paid their mortgage off and continue to invest excess returns back into the market.
There's a point where the compounding increases dramatically compared to your cost of living.
>>
>>542473948
It kills me inside that the stocks i bought in the past mooned 10x or more...and i invested close to nothing into them. Even though i had free money available.
The fact that i could have been out of this fucking rat race is killing me inside.

After the mortgage and a few bullshit utility bills I try not to touch my salary.
I’ve worked out that my daily food and booze bill is about £25 so I try and make that daily by flogging shit on eBay and Vinted. I’m saving about £1600 a month which is split between stocks (government gilt companies only), PMs and cash in the wardrobe for emergencies.
I’ve found being frugal is quite achievable and you can have a decent standard of living, fuel prices are the biggest kick in the teeth for me.

Insurance/reinsurance companies are doing pretty well.

Gold miners and royalty companies will do well when gold prices goes up.

>>
>>542473842
One goes through it, earning enough to save hopefully $40k-$100k over 10 years.
Then you find cheap real estate in the Midwest with enough farming capacity that you can pay the taxes. You set up a pole barn, or if you don't have enough money, a trailer and shed. Make sure said shed has enough electric power from the pole to run a fridge unit, preferably walk-in.
You then find a crop that's not corn or onions, and get as much farmer gibs as you can for it. Fruit trees are the best, because you can sell the fancy looking fruit as pieces, process the weird looking ones into jam or sauces, and the bruised ones can be fermented into drinks. There's shittons of farmer's markets everywhere.
>>
>>542479822

I married and impregnated a Japanese qt with a wealthy and successful business parents (70+). They didn't ask for a prenup.
Compared to just my wife, salary wise I still earn more than double hers, but I can't compare to her/parent's assets.

Move to a new city. Do lots of drugs. Watch lots of TV. Only drink black coffee. Wander aimlessly around the city. Talk to strangers. Try to stay awake for as long as possible. Eat at irregular times of day and always in amounts that make you feel bad. Have sex at all costs. Never go to a barber. Only own one set of clothes. Check the weather forecast multiple times a day. Always respectfully greet police officers,

I am getting paid to shit post of 4chan all day, when everyone leaves I'm going to try playing Doom on the browser here. Any recommendations? Might go on Newgrounds later. I'm doing 32 hours just today and tomorrow doing this job.
