I think I just found something interesting.A few weeks ago I saw an article about young people dying faster than old people. Today I decided to read the whole thing and they changed the title. If you click on it (pic), you’ll see this:>Americans born after 1970 face higher death rates from several major causes in middle ageThis isnt an exclusive American thing, btw.
What you eat as a child is very important to physical development and future health. Boomers were raised on whole foods. Their kids were raised on slop that has been getting progressively worse. My grandmothers cooked breakfast for my parents every morning. I was served cold, high sugar cereal or pop-tarts everyday because it was easier for my mom. Lunch and dinner is an even worse comparison. I have improved my eating habits, but the damage is done. It’s like building on a rotten foundation.
>>542483294I agree. I think there are other factors too, things like the lack of exercise, the stress with a shit economy and the world, the vaxx, the shit jobs...
It's poverty, no insurance for regular checkups, no good food, stress, no families, no homes, and exposure to radiation. Amd trump just took our medcaid. The midterms are going to be a massacre.
