What happens when Florida gets entirely developed? It's insane how population dense it has become down here and we are basically losing our aquafer

An unbroken city spanning the entire peninsula would be pretty kino
>>
nobody's going to live in the fucking Everglades

You achieve total Manhattanism, which culminates in a bust cycle leaving something like 20% of the place as abandoned buildings and fallen-in warehouses inhabited by homeless people, and the wild dogs who prey on them as well as the odd wealthy female jogger who read about how great running is in such places because no hobos or phone snatchers?

its already way overdeveloped. i hate that they paved over all of south florida between the coast and everglades. couldve developed beautiful small towns surrounded by orchards, small fruit farms, parks etc.

anyways florida's population is stagnating and then it's gonne be left with massive paved over landscape and no one to maintain it. massive ponzi scheme

That's when the Climate Change Meme happens & Florida sinks into the Caribbean Sea.

I wouldn't concern myself with that. The only undeveloped regions of Florida are the dismal swampland upon which nothing can really be built. No one wants to build another Venice, plus most of the land is protected by the feds.

It's a funny state though, people there love to larp as these hardened southerners but they're the least "southern" of any southern state and their "wilderness" is the most mills. You can get anywhere with a boat because of how shitty the swampland is.

Trump is the one who made Desantis Governor over Adam Putnam. DeSantis then attracted right-wingers from other states to flood the state when he put out COVID Conspiracy Theories.

Texas was previously the right-wing magnet state, but Texas actually has space to spare.

Florida will be renamed to Flooda and welcome in the Atlantic and the Gulf

I'm not even gonna lie it is pretty convenient to be able to go anywhere within a 100 mile radius and no matter what you will still be in a relatively populated area. There isn't anywhere else in the country where this is the case. There are metros in the northeast that come close but even driving out of Manhattan you can take a wrong turn somewhere and end up lost the boonies with no cellular. Worst case scenario if you get lost in Florida is that you end up in Gainesville or something. Probably sucks if you're some cowboy mountain man but I like it.

how is it convenient kek? also if your drop yourself in financial district manhattan you cant get to middle of nowhere within an hour in any direction
>>
>>542495046
also downtown miami is 13 miles on a straight road from the barren everglades

Same thing as Guam, if too many people are on it it will tip over into the ocean.

>we are basically losing our aquafer
aqua = water
you are surrounded by water gringo
>>
>>542495046
How is that nice? I moved out to where I'm at now because I can aim the car 15 minutes in any direction and be on a dirt logging road.
>>
land use is over regulated in Florida. Government is causing an artificial land shortage for development. The only building going on is with well connected and generous land owners

You can get on I-75 in Miami and then you can go to a different part of I-75. There are no exits except for rest stops and parks.
>>
>>542495730
>How is that nice?
I can drive from anywhere to anywhere and basically not have to plan for any contingencies.
>>
