Just because you grafted a wolf pelt onto your skin doesn’t make you a wolf, you can’t just go out and join a wolf pack now, and if you did, it’d be your fault when they fuck your shit up for not holding up your end of the bargain, massively fucking up their hunt b/c you can’t run for shit. Likewise, if you bait a man into marrying a biological male who identifies as female(and who reasonably passes, being identified by the world at large as what they appear to be), it should be no surprise when he snaps upon discovering they can’t even sire his children despite having nothing medically wrong with them.
