A new update just came through on the Beta channel, and it's woke.My old theme - ignored. Not woke enough.The new theme - purple everywhere, plus spectrums.Change to a simple grey/blue/red/green theme - still has purple.NEW FEATURE: You can change the program icon (actually a handy feature). Comes with a Pride icon.They've done this on purpose. They waited until Edge dropped support for uBlock Origin, and then they forced purple on to us.This is really causing me to have hateful thoughts. I'm going to have to contact the Government and get them to revert it. Hopefully they will put the dev responsible in jail for 5 years.

I'm trying to minimize my browser surface (i.e., replace browser tab with email with an old POP3/IMPA client, browser tab with IMs for family/work with either gajim+slidge or pidgin, browser tab with 4chan with some vibecoded desktop app like the mobile apps) and end up with someyhing small like qutebrowser for when I really need a browser. But I'm still studying it and dunno about any practical steps to do.
